Please dear Flyers, I need some help in identifying the best plan of action. History - I am a landlord of ANA in Asia and they want an decrease in the rent I charge them, so what would you suggest I demand from them. Do they have a very elite membership, I am LH Senator, UA 1K, or should I maybe ask them for a travel pass or some yearly F tickets. Any ideas welcome.I would say that if you can get some yearly F tickets that would be way more valuable than any elite status on ANA. I think they just have ANA diamond service. And if you have UA 1K, you already have some *A benefits.

Not bad, but doesn't look all that great. I fly ANA sometimes but don't have Diamond so I can't really say.Everything is negotiable. Make a proposal and see what happens. If you do end up asking for some F tickets, make sure they are bookable in a revenue class, i.e. not as awards. This will ensure you will find availability and that you'll earn miles which, in the end, should quickly take you to ANA's elite status.Office Building + Logistic center. What do you own? ANA's airport hangers? And if you do not decrease the rent, what happens? Thanks will ask for F tickets that are revenue coded. I will report back what they counter at. Probably award tickets, with black out dates.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
