hey I'm kinda new at this HTML stuff and I was wondering if you people could point me in the right direction. I was wondering how I can get text in front of a pre-sliced image that I have converted to an HTML file. I made the image in Adobe photoshop and its all set and coded I just need to know how to add the text to certain areas (boxes or slices) so that I can add the content that fits with that slice/box.ill give you a link to show you what im talking about.http://img179.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img179&image=home2jg.jpgI would like to use my images as a background and have the text on top of it. I have looked in books and on the web and I cant find a thing that works. could you show mehow to do it or gimme an example please.anyone...bueller?ok ill look up what that means lolYou need to do either of two things. Slice it in such a way that you can use the boxes as a border to add text or you can use the images as a background. If you are using a table layout you can send you image as a background instead of filling it with the image. You can also use CSS positioning or z index.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
