Video exiting

  • hi,

    whenever i quit a video file playing most of the time (not always, but the second time trying sure does the trick) will hang and will not return me to xbmc, just displays the last vid frame.

    when i try the same file through smb it returns me to xbmc no probs.

    here it hangs, sometimes however it doesn't even log the last debug line with "freeing fs segment...."

    not even my igr works at this moment, and i have to eject (sometimes reboot) my xbox

    quits just fine


    i know some will tell me, so just use samba. i know as it is faster would very much like that, but mfxstream lets me merge shares and thus enabling me to share my subs folder with my movie folder.

    hope someone can shed some light on this

  • does it stop ok if you remove the .srt subtitles? mplayer.dll that was in cvs 31-10 crashed when stopping a video with .srt subtitles .


  • i will try once my roommate stops gaming.

    was it this bug?
    "fix ttf .srt subtitle lock up issue" because i don't use a ttf sub font, i will let you know.
